Message	Money. That prices is way out of line with the norm for modified oil pans. If it was a whole new cast oil pan that has been CNC machined then maybe it would be reasonable but you are taking a stock pan and modifying it with sheet metal. I doubt you are welding Inconel material for the sheet metal.
